With over 12yrs of recruiting & leadership experience across both engineering, sales & leadership hiring, Shadab joined Amberes in June 2024 to look after the commercial strategy & growth of Amberes.

Prior to joining Amberes, Shadab worked for a boutique technology sales recruitment business where he partnered very closely with VCs & Founders helping to grow their early-stage technology sales teams all over the world, working with clients from the UK, France, the DACH & Nordic regions, Israel, North America & the Middle East. His focus has primarily been on securing retained mandates, RPOs & Statements of Work for strategically important positions or hiring project.
